We answer some of your most frequently asked questions below:


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

It depends on the quantity, paper, & finishing. Typically, classic and laminated cards take 2-3 business days. Cards with special features take around 7-10. If you need it faster, tell us and we’ll sort it out for you. For other products, you can see the turnaround time on their specific pages.


HOW DO I CLAIM MY ORDERS?

Orders can be picked up from our office. We can also book delivery services for you. Please note that delivery is scheduled and may take an average of 1-3 business days after production. This may vary depending on availability and location. For quicker deliveries, contact us. We can assist in booking grab express or lalamove services for you.


HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

You can drop by our office or pay through a bank near you. Other payment options such as PayPal, 711, COINS, GCASH are available.


HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PRINTS ARE DONE?

We’ll inform you through email, text messages, and/or phone calls. If you wish to have them delivered, we’ll send you the tracking number once prints are dispatched.


MY PRINTS HAVE IMPERFECTIONS, WHAT NOW?

Minor imperfections occur in printing. Scratches, scuff marks, ink cracks and alignments are never 100% perfect. These are noticeable on solid colors, on uncoated or non-laminated orders, and on hard laminated orders. See our terms & conditions for more info.


CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Your files are printed exactly as provided. Changes or cancellations can’t be done once confirmation is made.


HOW DO I SEND YOU LARGE FILES?

You can share with us your files using dropbox, google drive, or wetransfer.
